Jackfruit Stew

Tips

  • Adjust seasonings to your liking.

  • If you do not have the smoky bacon flavor sub ½ tsp of liquid smoke and ½ tsp of maple syrup.

  • If you do not like your stew on the thick side use 1 tbsp of flour instead of ⅛ cup.

  • If you don’t have access to low sodium vegetable broth then use regular vegetable broth.

  • Coconut aminos or soy sauce can be subbed for liquid aminos.

  • Do NOT oversalt or it will be too salty. The longer it sits the more it will absorb the flavor.
