Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Hey y’all! Today we're making Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies. 🌱🍪


Ingredients:

12-14 tbsp vegan butter, melted (browned) this is equivalent to 1 1/2 sticks of butter.

1/2 cup sugar (make sure it’s vegan)

3/4 cup brown sugar (I used dark)

6 tbsp Aquafaba (chickpea juice)

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

1 3/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup Vegan chocolate chips


Preparation:

  1. Brown vegan butter by slowly melting the butter over the stove until it turns brown.

  2. Combine all wet ingredients and the salt together. Whisk until combined.

  3. Whisk together flour and and baking soda in a separate bowl.

  4. Careful fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until you get a dough. If your dough is too wet add more flour and if it’s too dry add some vegan milk.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips.

  6. Let the cookie dough chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  7. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins.

  8. Enjoy!
