Here’s a quick step by step guide for these vegan Philly cheesesteak egg rolls.
Dry seasonings used:
Smoked paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, pepper, salt
Wet ingredients: Liquid aminos, worchestire sauce, A1 steak sauce, water, liquid smoke.
Mushrooms: Oyster and portobello, but use what you can find.
Cook peppers and onions until translucent and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Prepare marinade for mushrooms and coat mushrooms in marinade. Add to the onions and peppers and cook for 7 minutes. Heat up oil for frying.
